Michael P. Daly has spent five years at White & Case LLP in Washington, D.C., as an Associate Attorney in the Litigation and International Arbitration practice groups.  He focused, in particular, on investment disputes between private actors and State entities. He did a one-year clerkship for Judge Alan S. Gold, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Florida.  He also served as Legal Adviser at the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal in The Hague, and he has spent two years working on private arbitrations with Judge Charles N. Brower (20 Essex Street in London; Judge ad hoc of the International Court of Justice).  He is a “Visiting Scholar” at George Washington University Law School.
