Nicole Tyrell

“I was really active in the life of the law school, and I loved how easy it was to get involved. That activity, along with the academic excellence, helped my GW Law experience fulfill me the way law school was meant to.”

Nicole Tyrell

JD ’14

As a law student, Nicole kept an open mind about the area of law she would explore in depth. As a result, she gained a broad legal education, exploring a variety of interests. From Law and Psychiatry to Employment Law, Nicole found her classes stimulating and fruitful: She learned that she loves the kind of rules-based law taught in her Corporations class.

Nicole also sought a well-rounded set of law school experiences outside of the classroom. Her activities included serving as Chief of Staff, Student Bar Association; President, Student Ambassadors; Alcohol Policy Liaison, Student Bar Association; Fellow, Aston Hall; Member, Academic Integrity Committee;  Member, Washington Council of Lawyers (pro bono); and Member, GW Law Promissory Notes (vocal group).

After graduation, Nicole joined Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, LLP in corporate transactional law.
