After completing a federal clerkship for the Honorable Edwin M. Kosik, United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Paul Kisslinger spent nine years as a partner and associate in private practice at two national law firms, Anderson Kill & Olick, P.C. and Dickstein Shapiro, LLP in Washington, D.C., where he ran and tried commercial and corporate civil cases in a wide variety of areas. Mr. Kisslinger then joined the Enforcement Division of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission as Assistant Chief Litigation Counsel, where he runs and tries securities cases in federal court and administrative proceedings and assists the Enforcement Division staff in on-going investigations.
