Prior to attaining her JD, Ms. Clarke worked for the Office of Import Administration at the U.S. Department of Commerce, administering the U.S. Antidumping and countervailing duty laws. For the past 19 years, Ms. Clarke has been in private practice. Currently Ms. Clarke is a partner at Blank Rome LLP where she specializes in international trade and market access issues. Ms. Clarke’s practice encompasses all aspects of U.S. trade remedy law, customs law, and work with various treaties such as NAFTA and the World Trade Organization Agreement. Ms. Clarke is currently secretary of the Association of Women in International Trade and formerly the Chair of the ABA’s Section of International Law International Trade Committee.
