Bob Palmer has been a faculty member at a number of US law schools, including the University of Colorado, Rutgers University (Camden), and Syracuse University. He has taught courses in Trusts and Estates, Law and Anthropology, Constitutional Law, Legal History, Feminist Jurisprudence, Professional Responsibility, and a variety of tax and business subjects. He has lectured and written on such topics as cultural constraints on the law, the ethics of end-of-life decision making, and the impact of religion in the law school classroom. Mr. Palmer’s law practice is focused on family wealth and business transfers, taxation, trust management, and fiduciary responsibility.
