Robert L. Weinberg

In December 2000, Robert L. Weinberg was named ‘Lawyer of the Year’ by the Bar Association of the District of Columbia. He was a founding partner of Williams & Connolly in D.C., where he concentrated in the areas of federal criminal and civil procedure. An active litigator in pro bono cases, he received the ‘Servant of Justice’ award from the District of Columbia Legal Aid Society in 1996. His professional activities have included service as the president of the District of Columbia Bar, president of the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, and delegate to the ABA.
