Sheldon Gilbert is senior litigation counsel for the U.S. Chamber Litigation Center, the litigation arm of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He has extensive experience representing the Chamber in state and federal court on a wide range of business law issues. Most recently, Gilbert was counsel to the U.S. Chamber in its successful Supreme Court challenge to the EPA’s greenhouse gas regulations (UARG et al. v. EPA), and represented the Noel Canning Corp. in its successful challenge to the U.S. president’s attempted NLRB recess appointments
