Annie Willett is the Visiting Associate Professor and Fellow for the Government Procurement Law Program.

Professor Willett is a graduate with honors of GW Law, with a Concentration in Government Procurement Law. During her time at GW Law, Professor Willett was a Thurgood Marshall Scholar; a Murray J. Schooner Government Procurement Scholar; a Notes Editor on the Public Contract Law Journal; a Writing Fellow; and the President of the Government Contracts Student Association. She also competed in the Arnold & Porter Government Contracts Moot Court Competition and is an alum of the GW-Oxford International Human Rights Law Program. During law school, Professor Willett served as a Law Clerk at the United States Civilian Board of Contract Appeals and as a Summer Associate at Weiner Brodsky Kider, PC. Prior to returning to GW Law, she worked as an Associate at Bracewell LLP after having been a Summer Associate, and served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Carolyn N. Lerner at the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Professor Willett holds a JD from the George Washington University Law School and a BA in International Relations and a BA in English from the University of Arkansas.
