David DeBartolo is an Attorney-Adviser in the Office of the Legal Adviser at the Department of State. Mr. DeBartolo has served as an Attorney-Adviser for Claims and Investment Disputes, African and Near Eastern Affairs, United Nations Affairs, and as the Embassy Legal Adviser at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq. He currently advises primarily on legal issues related to United Nations sanctions and international organizations. He conducted research on a Fulbright Fellowship in Jordan in 2006-2007.
