Her focus has been primarily on public healthcare, including representing individuals contesting the termination or denial of Medicaid, payer-level advocacy for older adults and disabled individuals seeking community-based long-term care services under Medicaid, and advocating for changes to the District's Medicaid long-term care program administration. Professor was an educator prior to becoming an attorney.
