Kyle Chadwick

Kyle Chadwick is an Administrative Judge of the U.S. Civilian Board of Contract Appeals. Before joining the board in 2016, Judge Chadwick spent 21 years as a civil litigator, including at the U.S. Department of Justice (1999-2008), the Federal Trade Commission (2008-2010), the U.S. Army Legal Services Agency (2013- 2016), and three law firms, all in Washington, D.C. A graduate of Harvard College and Stanford Law School, Judge Chadwick clerked for the late Judge Pamela Ann Rymer of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
