Robert Benjamin Cassady

Ben Cassady is an associate with Finnegan, LLP, where he focuses on patent litigation at U.S. district courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). In addition to litigation practice, Mr. Cassady has experience with client counseling; due diligence; pre-litigation matters, such as drafting non-infringement and invalidity opinions; and preparing ex parte reexamination and inter partes review requests. Reflecting his varied experience, he has co-authored articles discussing comprehensive defensive strategies that combine District Court motion practice and post-grant proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
