Taylor Hillman is an attorney in the Government Contracts Practice Group at Venable LLP. In this role, Ms. Hillman represents clients involved in bid protests before numerous fora, including the Government Accountability Office (GAO), the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the Federal Aviation Administration's Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition (FAA ODRA). She also handles various types of corporate transactions involving government contractors, including mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Venable, Ms. Hillman worked for a regional law firm's government contracts group where she supported clients in prime vs. subcontractor disputes in federal district courts, as well as bid protests before the GAO, ODRA, and COFC. She previously served as a fellow to the Honorable Paul Grimm of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and a judicial intern to the Honorable Marian Blank Horn at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Ms. Hillman is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. and George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. During her time at GW Law, she served as an Articles Editor on the Public Contract Law Journal. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
