2020 International IP Court Conference

The Patent Court of Korea will host this special conference where IP experts will gather to discuss issues on IP international court, patent subject matter, major issues on design litigation, cross-border issues in IP infringement, and SEP and FRAND commitment. John Whealan, Associate Dean for Intellectual Property Law, will participate on the panel Advanced Technology and Patent Subject Matter: Focusing on Biotechnology and Software Patents. Associate Professor Dmitry Karshtedt will participate on the panel Cross-border Issues in IP Infringement.
