Application and Instructions

To apply for a Richey Fellowship, please complete the Richey Fellow Application, along with the following:

  • Resume
  • Personal statement (about 1000 words) highlighting your commitment to public interest and public service law and discussing your interest in and qualifications for the  Richey Fellowship. Any previous experience with mentoring or advising students or young attorneys should be included here.
  • Two letters of recommendation from mentees or colleagues speaking to your commitment to your field or your interest in guiding and advising new lawyers.

Completed applications should be submitted by May 31, 2024.

You may also nominate a lawyer whom you believe to be qualified and interested in being a Richey Fellow by providing that person’s name and contact information to the center at [email protected] with the subject line “Richey Fellow Nomination.”
