Taxation Law

Federal Income Taxation examines the fundamental rules controlling the taxation of individuals and serves as the gateway course to all of the other subjects in this practice area. The remaining courses explore the taxation of other entities, such as the taxation of corporations and part­nerships, the taxation of wealth transfers, and the tax rules applicable to particular transac­tions or industries.
