Dean's Fellows

Dean’s Fellows are exceptional 2L, 3L, and 4L law students selected from a competitive application process to support the Fundamentals of Lawyering faculty.

Dean’s Fellows are teachers, mentors, and ambassadors to the Fundamentals of Lawyering Program. These campus leaders teach 1L students crucial research, writing, and analytical skills. Dean’s Fellows receive formal training and mentorship in creating supportive, inclusive classroom environments and engaging lesson plans for adult learners. Through the Dean’s Fellow experience, these upper-level law students further develop essential leadership and practical skills that equip them to be leaders in their chosen practice settings.
