Newsletter Content Request Form

Thank you for submitting a newsletter request form! To ensure all content is adequately reviewed and to allow for edits we ask that you submit this completed form two weeks prior to your send date. Please note you do not have to fill out every news section that is not marked as required. If you have any special requests please leave a comment at the end of the form. Our goal with this new template is to condense content and improve click rates. The best performing newsletters at the university contain a handful of news items and drive readers to the relevant web pages for more information. Point of contact

The Point of Contact (POC) for your project will be the person we communicate with for all updates, questions, drafts, etc. It is up to the POC to relay all messages to everyone else involved in a project.
