GW–University of Augsburg Student Exchange Program

The University of Augsburg offers a six-week summer program in European and international economic law to attorneys and law students from Germany and students from select U.S. and South African law schools. Courses in English cover the basic framework of transnational economic law, with an emphasis on the relevance of European Union law to the global economy. Extracurricular activities include visiting Munich, Neuschwanstein Castle in the Bavarian Alps, and a German court. GW JD students who have completed their first year of study are eligible to participate in this program and earn credit toward their degree.
