2017 Cup and Bowl Winners

  • The Dean’s Cup, awarded to the class with the highest overall participation rate in the reunion class gift campaign, went to the Class of 1967.

  • The Lawrence Cup, awarded to the class with the top attendance rate at the reunion, was presented to the Class of 2007.  The award is named for former Dean Frederick M. Lawrence.

  • The Friedenthal Bowl, awarded to the non-Stockton Guard class (graduation fewer than 40 years ago) that raised the most money in its reunion year, went to the Class of 1982. The Class of 1982 raised $413,917.64 in gifts and pledges. 

  • The Stockton Bowl, named for former GW Law Dean and GW President Charles Herbert Stockton, is awarded to the Stockton Guard class (graduation more than 40 years ago) that raised the most money in its reunion year.  This year’s award went to the Class of 1972, which raised $2,109,851.72 in gifts and pledges.

2016 Cup and Bowl Winners

  • The Dean’s Cup, awarded to the class with the highest overall participation rate in the reunion class gift campaign, went to the Class of 1966.

  • The Lawrence Cup, awarded to the class with the top attendance rate at the reunion, was presented to the Class of 1986.  The award is named for former Dean Frederick M. Lawrence.

  • The Barron Cup, honoring the graduating class section with the highest level of participation in the class gift campaign and highest five-year pledge, was awarded to Jackson Inn of the Class of 2016.  The section leaders worked diligently to increase participation. The award is named for former Dean Jerome A. Barron.

  • The Friedenthal Bowl, awarded to the non-Stockton Guard class (graduation fewer than 40 years ago) that raised the most money in its reunion year, went to the Class of 1986, which raised $1,290,704.39. The award is named for former Dean Jack H. Friedenthal. 

  • The Stockton Bowl, named for former GW Law Dean and GW President Charles Herbert Stockton, is awarded to the Stockton Guard class (graduation more than 40 years ago) that raised the most money in its reunion year.  This year’s award went to the Class of 1976, which raised $578,451.00.

The 2015 Reunion weekend hosted alumni from classes ending in 5 and 0. Over 500 alumni & guests attended the Weekend's various events and activities, and helped contribute to the $5,000,000 raised in reunion celebrations this year.

The award is named for former Dean Jerome A. Barron.
  • The Friedenthal Bowl, awarded to the non-Stockton Guard class (graduation fewer than 40 years ago) that raised the most money in its reunion year, went to the Class of 1980, which raised $353,795.50. The award is named for former Dean Jack H. Friedenthal. 
  • The Stockton Bowl, named for former GW Law Dean and GW President Charles Herbert Stockton, is awarded to the Stockton Guard class (graduation more than 40 years ago) that raised the most money in its reunion year.  This year’s award went to the Class of 1975, which raised $4,182,563.03.

The 2014 Reunion Weekend hosted alumni from classes ending in 4 and 9. Over 500 alumni & guests attended the Weekend's various events and activities, and helped contribute to the $5,000,000 raised in reunion celebrations this year.

  • The Friedenthal Bowl, awarded to the non-Stockton Guard class (graduation fewer than 40 years ago) that raised the most money in its reunion year, went to the Class of 1984, which raised $260,215. The award is named for former Dean Jack H. Freidenthal.
  • The Stockton Bowl, named for former GW Law Dean and GW President Charles Herbert Stockton, is awarded to the Stockton Guard class (graduation more than 40 years ago) that raised the most money in its reunion year. This year’s award went to the Class of 1969, which raised $514,224.

The 2012 Reunion weekend hosted alumni from classes ending in 2 and 7. Over 700 alumni & guests attended the Weekend's various events and activities, and helped contribute to the $879,387 raised in reunion celebrations this year.

  • The Stockton Bowl, named for former GW Law Dean and GW President Charles Herbert Stockton, is awarded to the Stockton Guard class (graduation more than 40 years ago) that raised the most money in its reunion year.  This year’s award went to the Class of 1967, which raised $362,140.00.
