Alan LoRe is a senior trial counsel at the Department of Justice, Commercial Litigation Branch. His practice includes trial and appellate litigation. Prior to joining the Department of Justice in 1994, he spent four years in private practice. Mr. LoRe began teaching in the Legal Research and Writing Program in 2005.
