Alan Wehbé is Director and Managing Counsel, Head of the U.S. Privacy, Cybersecurity, and eDiscovery Legal Teams at TD Bank. Prior to joining TD Bank, Mr. Wehbé was an Attorney with the United States Department of Justice, National Security Division, Office of Intelligence.
In addition, Mr. Wehbé serves as a judge advocate in the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps, his reserve assignments include national security law attorney at the Special Operations Command; deputy legal counsel at the office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff; and adjunct professor of national security law at The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School.
Prior to joining the Department of Justice, Mr. Wehbé served as a judge advocate in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s corps. His assignments included Special Prosecutor for National Security matters at the U.S. Army Military District of Washington; Battalion Legal Advisor at the 1st Special Forces Group; Legal Advisor for Detainee Matters and International Law at the 4th Infantry Division; and Chief of International and Operational Law.
Mr. Wehbé earned a BA from Boston College; a JD and MBA from Villanova University; MA in Education from Michigan State University; and an LLM in National Security and U.S. Foreign Relations Law, with highest honors, from the George Washington University Law School.
