Armani Vadiee

Mr. Vadiee is the Vice President for Global Public Sector at TransDigm Group, a global designer, producer, and supplier of highly engineered aircraft components, systems, and subsystems for use on nearly all aircraft.

Prior to joining TransDigm, Mr. Vadiee was in private practice as a Partner at the law firm of Smith Pachter McWhorter PLC where he focused on government contracts and served as legal counsel to domestic and international clients on a wide range of government procurement and compliance issues.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Vadiee was a Contracting Officer for a U.S. Department of Energy research laboratory and during law school clerked at the U.S. Government Accountability Office in the Procurement Law Group. Mr. Vadiee has served as a Professorial Lecturer in Law at the George Washington University School of Law since 2019.

Mr. Vadiee received his BBA degree in Finance and an MBA in Information Systems from the University of New Mexico, Anderson School of Management, and a JD from the University of Maryland.
