Bryan Walsh

Bryan Walsh's practice focuses on drugs, biologics, and drug-device combination products. He helps companies assess regulatory risks, develop practical compliance strategies, and address issues arising at key stages of development, approval, commercialization, and
post-market oversight. Mr. Walsh's work includes counseling on FDA requirements governing promotional and non-promotional communications, product labeling, scientific exchange, data integrity, electronic records under Part 11, enforcement risk, and interactions with regulators.

Mr. Walsh also brings a strong policy and academic perspective to his practice. He currently teaches FDA law at the George Washington University Law School. Earlier in his career, he served as a research fellow in the Division of Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacoeconomics at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where he published on the impact of laws and regulations on innovation and the use of therapeutics.

Mr. Walsh received his JD and Health Policy Certificate through the joint program at the George Washington University Law School and the Milken Institute School of Public Health. In law school, he was a Kahan FDA/Health Law Fellow, as well as served as Vice President of the Moot Court Board and Executive Articles Editor of the International Law Review.
