Charles Wayne, a partner at DLA Piper LLP (US), has a trial and appellate practice that includes both civil and white collar criminal matters. On the civil side, he has litigated many types of business disputes, with a particular emphasis on employment-related matters. He also has extensive experience in the area of professional liability, particularly in cases involving allegations of malpractice against lawyers, accountants, and insurance brokers.
The Washington Business Journal has selected Mr. Wayne as a “Top Washington Lawyer” in the area of corporate litigation. He regularly teaches programs sponsored by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
