Danielle Rabe, a GW Law alumna, joins the Fundamentals of Lawyering program following over a decade of practice. Her practical experience includes several years as a transactional lawyer in Milbank’s and Kelley Drye & Warren’s New York offices. She has also served as in-house counsel for multinational corporations, including as Asia Pacific regional counsel for Oliver Wyman Group while living in Singapore. Professor Rabe clerked for the Honorable William J. Martini of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Her prior teaching experience includes three years as a lecturer-in-law in Columbia Law School’s legal research and writing program. She brings to the program a commitment to ensuring that first-year instruction includes skills relevant to all practice areas and to developing lawyers with a client-focused, problem-solving approach.
