David Calabrese

David Calabrese has worked for over fifteen years in the field of export control law and regulation and has served on two U.S. government advisory committees that provide advice to the State Department and the Bureau of Industry and Security on U.S. government export control policy. Professor Calabrese has also worked for the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security assisting U.S. industry with the proper interpretation of U.S. export control law and represented numerous high technology companies before the U.S. government as an attorney in the Washington, DC, office of Dewey Ballantine LLP.
