David Shaw

David Shaw is an intellectual property litigator in private practice in the Washington, DC office of the firm Desmarais LLP. Mr. Shaw also maintains an active pro bono practice, helping Central Americans who are fleeing gang violence to become lawful permanent residents of the United States. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was a protein biochemist with Human Genome Sciences and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
