Frank Scaduto is special counsel at Wiley Rein LLP, where he represents companies in complex litigation and regulatory proceedings involving telecommunications infrastructure and joint use disputes. He has appeared in federal and state courts across the country, including the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Scaduto clerked on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is an honors graduate of GW Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of The George Washington International Law Review and an Executive Committee member of the Moot Court Board.
