This semester, the Office of Development and Alumni Relations and the GW Law Career Center, were thrilled to bring back a favorite event entitled “Coffee with Experience.” This was the first semester since COVID-19 we were able to host this great networking event.
Fifteen alumni joined us for a morning of coffee, pastries, and speed networking. We asked our alumni to provide us with their practice areas and biographies which we then distributed to our students who signed up. The students receive the packets prior to the event so they get a chance to speak with as many alumni as they would like.
We reached the capacity of student sign-ups within the first day! Our students filled the room eager to meet with alumni, ask questions, and make connections. We can’t wait for next semester’s “Coffee with Experience” event!
