Rosa Celorio, Associate Dean for International and Comparative Legal Studies and Burnett Family Professorial Lecturer in International and Comparative Law and Policy, will moderate the discussion and Laura Cahier, LLM student and Representative for the Institute of the Americas, will give comments.
