Professor Douglas will present her article “Data Privacy As a Procompetitive Justification: Antitrust Law and Economic Analysis” (forthcoming Notre Dame Law Review), in which she examines the use of arguments based in data privacy to justify anti-competitive behavior in the digital sphere.

Professor Douglas is Assistant Professor at Temple University Beasley School of Law. Her scholarship focuses on the intersection of antitrust, data privacy, and intellectual property law; she has a particular interest in the application of legal theory to new technology.
