Jeffrey Kohn, JD '84, has been recognized by the New York Law Journal (NYLJ) as one of its Distinguished Leaders for 2018. This award recognizes 20 attorneys across the country in leadership roles at their respective firms who achieved extraordinary results over the past year. Mr. Kohn is a partner at O'Melveny & Myers, LLP's New York office and Regional Head of the Firm's Litigation Practice. He represents clients in a broad range of employment and labor law disputes; his clients span a variety of industries, including sports, entertainment and media, and financial services, among others. In addition to being a part of the GW Law alumni community, Mr. Kohn is also a Professorial Lecturer in Law at the law school.
According to an NYLJ announcement, Mr. Kohn will be profiled in the NYLJ’s upcoming Professional Excellence magazines and will be honored in October at the New York Legal Awards at TriBeCa 360 in New York City, along with the other winners.
