Jessica Sanchez

Jessica Sanchez is the Acting Principal Deputy Assistant General Counsel at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. She provides counsel relating to legal, regulatory, and policy matters affecting international financial markets and U.S. national security. Prior to Treasury, Ms. Sanchez served as Associate Director of CFIUS Operations for the U.S. Department of Defense. Previously, she was a senior advisor at the Department of Homeland Security. Before her government service, Ms. Sanchez worked at two law firms, a cybersecurity think tank, and several human rights organizations.
