John Kropf is the Corporate Privacy Executive for Northrop Grumman Corporation. Mr. Kropf previously served 23 years in the federal government in legal and policy roles. His last position was the Deputy Chief Privacy officer for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, as a career member of the Senior Executive Service. He started his government service through the Department of Justice Honors Program as an attorney advisor. He later served as an attorney advisor for the Department of State as well as Country Director for USAID in Turkmenistan. He earned his law degree and masters degree in public and international affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and his undergraduate degree from Denison University.
