Jonathan Haray is a white-collar litigation and compliance partner with DLA Piper LLP (US) in Washington, DC. He represents corporations and individuals in government investigations, securities and regulatory enforcement matters, and white-collar litigation. Mr. Haray previously served as an Assistant Chief Litigation Counsel for the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and before that as Deputy Chief of the Fraud and Public Corruption Section of the US Attorney's Office in Washington, DC. During more than a decade as a federal prosecutor, he investigated and litigated matters involving allegations of foreign bribery, complex fraud, money laundering, and violations of U.S. banking and tax laws. Mr. Haray has received numerous awards for his work, and also is an experienced courtroom lawyer who has tried more than three dozen jury trials.
