Jonathan J. Green

Mr. Green is a retired partner of Milbank, LLP. From 2010 through 2021, he was the Chair of Milbank's Global Energy, Infrastructure, and Project Finance Group. Mr. Green has represented lenders and developers in a wide range of international and domestic transactions for over 25 years, including green-field project financings, acquisitions and leveraged financings, and Public Private Partnerships, in the transportation infrastructure, energy, power, and mining & metals industries. He has been recognized as one of the world's leading project finance lawyers by numerous industry sources, including Chamber and Partners, Euromoney, and Who's Who Legal.
