Learning More: U.S. Military Commissions

Last week, Mark S. Martins, a Brigadier General in the United States Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, spoke to students focusing on National Security Law about the United States' military commissions system. As the Chief Prosecutor of Military Commissions, General Martins is responsible for overseeing the trials of detainees held at Guantánamo Bay.
