Lucas Walker is a partner at MoloLamken LLP in Washington, DC, where his practice focuses on appellate litigation, as well as motions practice and issue development in trial courts. He has argued before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth, Seventh, Tenth, and Federal Circuits, and has briefed cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and nearly every federal court of appeals.  Mr. Walker's experience spans a wide range of subject matters, including intellectual property, constitutional and administrative law, energy, telecommunications, bankruptcy, white-collar defense, and foreign sovereign immunity. He served two clerkships at the U.S. Supreme Court, first for Justice Samuel Alito and later for Justice Neil Gorsuch. Mr. Walker also clerked for then-Judge Gorsuch on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
