Ms. Christensen has been in the private practice of law for over fifteen years. She is a tax partner with the law firm of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, and is resident in the firm’s Washington, DC, and San Francisco offices. Ms. Christensen concentrates her practice in federal income taxation, and in particular, community development tax incentives, partnership tax, and tax-exempt organizations. She participated in a clinical program through Washington University School of Law during her third year of law school, where Ms. Christensen clerked in the office of the majority tax counsel of the Senate Finance Committee.
