Minwoo Kim

Minwoo Kim is a senior associate at Covington & Burling LLP, where he focuses on public international law disputes, international arbitration, and trade policy.

Mr. Kim advises and represents clients in investment treaties and complex international commercial cases, as well as in proceedings before the International Court of Justice and UNCLOS Annex VII tribunals.

He also advises U.S. and global clients, industry associations, and foreign governments on the interpretation and assessment of foreign regulatory practices under international trade agreements, including the WTO and preferential trade agreements.

Mr. Kim received his BA in Seoul National University, and his JD at Harvard Law School.
