Scott S. Sheffler

Scott S. Sheffler is a partner with the law firm Venable LLP, where he practices in the areas of federal grant law and government contract law. Mr. Sheffler’s practice focuses on compliance issues and disputes that arise from federal grants, cooperative agreements, procurement contracts, and similar transactions. Prior to entering private practice more than ten years ago, Mr. Sheffler served as a procurement attorney with the Navy’s Military Sealift Command, as a member of the Department of the Navy’s Office of General Counsel. Prior to that, Mr. Sheffler served as an officer and attorney in the Navy’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
