Andrew M. Winston

Mr. Winston joined the staff of the Jacob Burns Law Library in 2022 as the assistant director for public services. Prior to that, he served as chief of the public services division of the Law Library of Congress and as acting section manager of the research and library services section of the American law division in the Congressional Research Service. Mr. Winston has chaired committees of the American Association of Law Libraries and served as president of the Virginia Association of Law Libraries. He is a member of the Virginia and New York bars and previously practiced corporate and securities law.
