Matthew Forst is a senior litigation attorney for the Department of Defense, where he has cultivated extensive expertise in complex criminal litigation and national security law over the past eighteen years.

Mr. Forst most recently served as Deputy Director of the DoD's prestigious Advocacy Center, where he developed and led advanced litigation training programs focusing on classified information, expert cross-examination techniques, and the evolving landscape of electronic evidence in military jurisprudence.

His distinguished career includes service as lead defense counsel, special victims prosecutor, legal advisor on operational law, and chief prosecutor. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Forst has successfully litigated numerous high-stakes cases involving matters of national security, violent crimes, and complex evidentiary issues.
