Mr. Jacobs was a partner at both K&L Gates and Jenner & Block for 30 years after clerking on the DC Court of Appeals for the late Judge John Kern III, and working as an associate at Covington & Burling. He was a co-chair of Jenner's Insurance Recovery and Counseling Practice before joining Jones Day as an Of Counsel in 2018.
