Brian S. Harvey

Following graduation from law school, Mr. Harvey served in judicial clerkships with the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia. He has practiced law in the District of Columbia since 1982. For 28 years, Mr. Harvey was an associate and then partner in a large law firm, focusing on litigation, employment and labor law, and alternative dispute resolution. Since 2009, Mr. Harvey has practiced as a full-time neutral, providing arbitration and mediation services.
