Sarah Pugh is a Counsel in WilmerHale's leading Antitrust and Competition Group in Washington, DC. She advises clients on all aspects of antitrust and competition law, including government investigations, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and
congressional inquiries and she regularly defends clients before the US Department of Justice, US Federal Trade Commission, and state attorneys general. She also maintains a robust pro bono immigration law practice.
Ms. Pugh is an active member of the American Bar Association's Antitrust Section, and she currently serves as an Assistant Editor of the Antitrust Law Journal. She is also a member of the Women's Bar Association of the District of Columbia.
Ms. Pugh is member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber Dance Project, a non-profit ballet company in Washington, DC, and is passionate about the performing arts.
