Lauren Jancuska

Lauren Jancuska is a partner at Kelly IP LLP, where her practice focuses on trademark enforcement, counseling, and prosecution. Ms. Jancuska routinely advises clients on global brand protection, management, and enforcement strategies. She has represented clients ranging from Fortune 50 companies to non-profits to sole proprietors across a range of industries including technology, fintech, fashion, retail, entertainment, media, and industrial suppliers, among others.

Prior to joining Kelly IP, Ms. Jancuska worked at a general practice firm where she focused on trademark counseling and prosecution, as well as civil litigation.

Ms. Jancuska graduated magna cum laude from American University Washington College of Law and received her BA in International Relations from Saint Joseph’s University, where she was a captain of the women’s NCAA soccer team. She has been recognized as a Rising Star by IP Stars and Super Lawyers.
