The Role of the EU Court of Justice in EU Procurement Law
Wed, 1 November, 2017
4:00pm
Join the Government Procurement Law Program as they host Christopher Vajda, a UK barrister and judge, for a discussion of the Court of Justice's role in developing precedents that shape European procurement law.
This is one of several programs coordinated between GW Law and King's College, London, to build bridges between the U.S. and European procurement law systems. There are extraordinary parallels between the two systems, in procurement methods, anti-corruption strategies, bid challenges, etc., but until now there has been too little shared discussion on lessons learned.
