Debate: Statutory Authority and Sexual Assault

Join the GW Federalist Society for a debate on "Statutory Authority and Sexual Assault on College Campuses". This debate will address the ongoing discussion of how the Department of Education is pursuing sexual assault cases on campuses. The panelists include Stuart Taylor, Jr. who has written extensively on the topic of sexual assault and due process at America's universities, and Wendy Murphy, co-director of the Women's and Children's Advocacy Project under the Center for Law and Social Responsibility.  The debate will be moderated by GW Law Professor Renée Lettow Lerner.
